A method that involved the combination of pH‐zone‐refining counter‐current chromatography and semipreparative reversed‐phase liquid chromatography has been established for the preparative separation of alkaloids from Hypecoum leptocarpum. From 1.2 g of crude sample, 31 mg N‐feruloyltyramine, 27 mg oxohydrastinine, 47 mg hydroprotopine, 25 mg leptopidine, and 18 mg hypecocarpine have been obtained. The structure of the new compound, hypecocarpine, is confirmed based on the analysis of spectroscopic data, including NMR, UV, and IR spectroscopy and positive electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. The known chemical structures were characterized on the basis of 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The purities of the five alkaloids are all over 92.7% as determined by high‐performance liquid chromatography. The alkaloids’ cytotoxicity in breast cancer cells is assessed by using a Cell Counting Kit assay and their inhibitory effect on fatty acid synthase expression is assessed by a Western blot assay. These results suggest that leptopidine could suppress growth and induce cytotoxicity in breast cancer cells and that the cytotoxicity of leptopidine may be related to its inhibitory effect on fatty acid synthase expression.  相似文献

We consider even factors with a bounded number of components in the n-times iterated line graphs L n (G). We present a characterization of a simple graph G such that L n (G) has an even factor with at most k components, based on the existence of a certain type of subgraphs in G. Moreover, we use this result to give some upper bounds for the minimum number of components of even factors in L n (G) and also show that the minimum number of components of even factors in L n (G) is stable under the closure operation on a claw-free graph G, which extends some known results. Our results show that it seems to be NP-hard to determine the minimum number of components of even factors of iterated line graphs. We also propose some problems for further research.  相似文献

In this study, renewable, non-toxic, sulphur free bio-lubricants are synthesized as alternative for fossil fuels. We utilized a bio-derived 10-undecylenic acid (UDA) and pentaerythritol (PE) as raw materials to synthesize bio-lubricants by two-step chemical processes like esterification and followed by epoxidation reactions. And achieved a UDA-PE epoxide yielded 73.4%. The formation of UDA-PE ester and UDA-PE epoxide was confirmed by spectral analysis such as NMR (1H and 13C), FTIR and mass spectra, Physico-chemical and basic lubricant properties by standard American Society for Testing and Materials methods (ASTM). The results showed that the products of UDA-PE ester and UDA-PE epoxide had high viscosity index (262 and 200), good pour points (−29 °C to −15 °C), high flash points (296 °C and 301 °C) respectively and these met the ISO VG (International Organization for Standardization-Viscosity grade) 22 and 220 standard values. In general, both synthesized products are plausible to be employed as bio-lubricant in industrial application.  相似文献

采用水热方法,选用含2个氰基的醚氧桥联羧酸配体(Hdbna)和2,2′-联吡啶(2,2′-bipy)与MnCl2·4H2O反应,合成了一个二维配位聚合物[Mn(μ3-Hdpna)(2,2′-bipy)]n (1),并对其结构和催化性质进行了研究。在配合物1中,配体Hdbna在水热反应条件下,通过原位反应被转化成醚氧桥联三羧酸配体(H3dpna)。结构分析结果表明配合物1的晶体属于三斜晶系,P■空间群。配合物1具有二维层结构。研究表明,配合物1在硅腈化反应中表现出较高的催化活性。  相似文献

The Pitzer ion-interaction model has been used for calculations of thermodynamic characteristics of double salts 3RbCl · LiCl · 2H2O and RbCl · 2LiCl · 4H2O in the ternary system LiCl-RbCl-H2O at 298.15 K. The standard molar Gibbs energy of formation of the two double salts from the corresponding simple salts LiCl · H2O and RbCl, as well as the standard molar Gibbs energy of formation have been determined.  相似文献

本工作利用圆二色光谱研究了Ag+与Hg2+对4种代表性G-四链体DNA结构的破坏作用。结果表明Ag+可能通过与碱基G螯合从而破坏G-四链体结构;Hg2+能通过形成T-Hg2+-T碱基对,及其他方式破坏G-四链体结构。含巯基(-SH)的半胱氨酸与Ag+与Hg2+可以发生较强的配位作用,从而使被Ag+与Hg2+破坏后的G-四链体DNA结构得以回复。基于此,一个新颖的Ag+/Hg2+-半胱氨酸-DNA逻辑门得以构筑。  相似文献

Herein, we report an excellent, supported Ru(III)-ChCl/AC catalyst with lower Ru content, where the ionic complex ChRuCl4 serves as the active component for acetylene hydrochlorination. The prepared heterogeneous Ru-10%ChCl/AC catalyst shows excellent activity and long-term stability. In this system, ChCl provides an environment for the ChRuCl4 to be stabilized as Ru(III), thus suppressing the reduction of the active species and the aggregation of ruthenium species during the reaction. The interaction between reactants and catalyst species was investigated by catalyst characterizations in combination with DFT calculations to disclose the effect of the ChRuCl4 complex and ChCl on the catalytic performance. This inexpensive, efficient, and long-term catalyst is a competitive candidate for application in the hydrochlorination industry.  相似文献

A novel labeling reagent 1-(2-naphthyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone (NMP) coupling to liquid chromatography with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry for the detection of carbohydrates from the derivatized rape bee pollen samples is reported. Carbohydrates are derivatized to their bis-NMP-labeled derivatives. Derivatives showed an intense protonated molecular ion at m/z [M+H]+ in positive-ion detection mode. The mass-to-charge ratios of characteristic fragment ions at m/z 473.0 could be used for the accurately qualitative analysis of carbohydrates. This characteristic fragment ion is from the cleavage of C2–C3 bond in carbohydrate chain giving the specific fragment ions at m/z [MH-C m H2m+1O m -H2O]+ for pentose, hexose and glyceraldehydes and at m/z [MH-C m H2m-1O m+1-H2O]+ for alduronic acids such as galacturonic acid and glucuronic acid (m = n ? 2, n is carbon number of carbohydrate). No interferences for all aliphatic and aromatic aldehydes presented in natural environmental samples were observed due to the highly specific parent mass-to-charge ratio and the characteristic fragment ions. The method, in conjunction with a gradient elution, offered a baseline resolution of carbohydrate derivatives on a reversed-phase Hypersil ODS-2 column. The carbohydrates such as mannose, galacturonic acid, glucuronic acid, rhamnose, glucose, galactose, xylose, arabinose and fucose can successfully be detected.  相似文献
